Summer may be the time of year I hate the most now since we live in Texas and it is hot as hell here. But the food does much to offset that hatred. Summer food is just so darn good. And the farmer's market becomes my favorite place. I have to get there early though to get to the good stuff before they run out. And of course to avoid the worst of the heat.
