When Gwyneth Paltrow came out with her new cookbook, saying I was skeptical is putting it mildly. But after I read the reviews on Amazon I decided to give it a whirl. It is actually a really good family cookbook. I have made a half dozen recipes and so far, so good. I have never been a fan of blueberry muffins, but I had a bunch that needed to get used, so I decided to giver her mother's recipe a try. And they were really good. Even I liked them.
