Today was such a California day for me. Not only do I work at home, but we hosted our childcare share here. Then this afternoon our vet made a house call to give Talullah acupuncture. Yep. Acupuncture. How Berkeley is that? It was a bit of a splurge, but it's worth it. The poor little one has terrible arthritis and she has been in pain for a bit. She seemed to really like the treatment. She was laying on the bed with about 15 needles coming out of her back. Just hanging.And now Ben is....WALKING. Yep. Our lives are about to change irrevocably. He is so pleased with himself. The frustration level in this house was SO HIGH the days before he finally decided to stop saying 'mano' every time he wanted to travel. As soon as the walking started it was nothing but bliss. He has been in the best mood. Walking must be baby heroin.
