I absolutely LOVE the new cookbook Plenty. Here are two recipes I have made from it, ratatouille and the very full tart (that is really what it is called). Now, I consider myself a bit of a ratatouille expert after living in the South of France off and on through the years where it is a must have dish, and this is the best I have ever had. I would not call it an easy cookbook, it is quite labor intensive, but it is worth it.
